Group Management

The Group President is appointed by the Board of Directors and manages operations in accordance with the instructions laid down by the Board of Directors. The President is responsible for ensuring that the decisions of the Board of Directors are executed and has to ensure that the Board of Directors is constantly kept informed of the company's profit/loss and position. The President has at his disposal a Group Managment team. The members of the Group Management team have specific areas of responsibility and report to the President.
