Rejlers wins assignments as the Aviapolis region grows

Rejlers Finland has won several assignments in the rapidly growing Aviapolis business district in the Helsinki region More than 1,000 companies and 35,000 employees are working in the area. Business premises, a traffic centre and housing are also being built, in addition to offices. The comprehensive development of the Aviapolis region is also safeguarding a wide selection of services.

One of the assignments involves Rejlers being responsible for the planning of electrical, telecommunications and security systems in conjunction with the building of the service centre in Aviapolis. The building will have a floor space of 12,300 m2 and the client is the real estate company LAK Oy, which is owned by Finavia.

Rejlers has also been engaged by Skanska Talonrakennus Oy for the planning of electrical, telecommunications and security systems for the office building Aviapolis II, which will measure 9,660 m2. Skanska is one of Finland’s largest construction companies working with building and construction, housing development, commercial development and infrastructure development.
