Rejlers introduces groundbreaking service for advanced data collection and technology development

Rejlers is launching a new service that combines advanced data collection with product development. As the only player with its own technology and innovation lab, we can offer a complete workshop for the production and manufacture of our own measuring equipment, as well as the development of existing equipment on the market.

Through an acquisition, Rejlers’ technology and innovation team is a new department that has delivered advanced methods and equipment for a long time and is now part of the Infrastructure division. Technology and Innovation supports the consultants in technically difficult projects, where it can be difficult to obtain measurement data or where existing equipment is not sufficient. In Rejlers’ own workshop, measuring equipment is produced and developed to solve problems that were previously unsolvable and to measure what previously could not be measured.

The equipment covers everything in data collection, including flow measurements, boreholes, water pipes, groundwater measurements and leakage in tunnels. Rejlers also offers specialised measurement methods for assessing rock quality in boreholes, for example for the final disposal of nuclear waste. The proprietary automation for data accounting guarantees accuracy, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The service is aimed at customers in earthworks, soil and geology, geotechnics, industry and energy. Rejlers’ expertise helps these sectors to develop technology for energy production and new energy solutions. For geotechnical engineering in battery storage and start-ups storing hydrogen in boreholes, advanced exploration is offered to assess the suitability of sites. Rejlers is also developing efficient methods for pumping up water from old mines so that they can be reused as energy storage, and building modules for cost-effective hydrogen production.

– Advanced technical challenges are our driving force and what gives us job satisfaction! Our unique strength lies in our in-house expertise, which allows us to address technical challenges quickly and cost-effectively. We create solutions that are not yet on the market, adapt existing equipment or develop new probes and tools to meet the most technically demanding projects and conditions. Our equipment is also available for hire, providing customers with flexibility and cost-effectiveness, says Love Edlund, Business Unit Manager at the Infrastructure division at Rejlers.
