Rabbalshede Kraft AB has acquired 50% of a portfolio of wind and solar power projects in Finland developed by Vapo Terra. Rejlers provided technical advisory services in the due diligence phase prior to the transaction.

    Vapo Terra’s project portfolio includes nine wind and solar power projects in Finland, with a combined nominal capacity up to 1.4 GW. The projects have been developed by Vapo Terra’s subsidiary Sunbreeze Oy. Rabbalshede Kraft has now acquired 50% of the shares in Sunbreeze Oy.
