Rejlers named a Career Company 2025

Rejlers has been recognised as a Career Company 2025 – a prestigious award presented since 2011 by Karriärföretagen to highlight Sweden’s most attractive employers for students and young professionals.

To qualify as a Career Company, several fundamental criteria must be met. These include having at least 250 employees and/or a turnover exceeding 250 million SEK, a dedicated HR manager, and ongoing recruitment efforts. In addition to these basic requirements, Rejlers underwent a rigorous selection process to earn the Career Company distinction. This process ensures that a company conducts high-quality Employer Branding activities and meets the standards to be regarded as an attractive employer. An expert panel specialising in HR, web, career counselling, social media, and marketing evaluates all companies, after which a jury selects the recipients of the Career Company 2025 award.
