Rejlers’ strategy has its sights set on 2025. On the way there, we will transform into a larger, more profitable and more focused company, catalysing our customers’ transformation towards a sustainable society. We will achieve our goals by becoming the industry’s most learning organisation and by constantly providing our customers with fresh perspectives and new knowledge.

Rejlers shall keep on growing and our overall and strategic goal is to double Rejlers’ size from year 2018 to 2025, with an average 10 per cent annual growth.

We shall focus on energy transition, industry transformation and the future-proofing of communities, with energy and infrastructure as catalysts for future growth.

Sustainable Growth Through Learning
Our strategic goal is to double Rejlers’ size between 2018 and 2025, aiming for an average growth of 10% per year. In today’s market, driven by the shift to a sustainable society, focusing on sustainability is key to value creation and growth. Rejlers aims to be a catalyst for change, focusing on energy transition, industry transformation, and future-proofing communities, while continuing to grow in our current geographies.
We are strengthening our organization to take on larger projects and continuously evolving how we meet customer needs. Using Rejlers’ sustainability analysis model, we evaluate projects to suggest the best solutions. We also invest in leadership and employee development, ensuring we remain an attractive employer and trusted partner. We’ve committed to science-based climate targets through the Science Based Targets initiative. Our strong corporate culture, built over 80 years, remains open and trusting. Guided by our vision of being the Home of the Learning Minds, we strive to be the industry’s leading learning organization.
Our focus is on the clean energy transition, sustainable industry transformation, and future-proofing infrastructure and the built environment. We leverage our expertise and collaborate across borders to support customers. Rejlers is expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions, with continued focus on growth in our established Nordic markets in Sweden, Finland, and Norway, where we already hold a strong position.
